We feel it crucially important to let you know that your health and safety are top of mind amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus. Every shift, every day, we remain diligent in our food safety and sanitation practices in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.

Since 1998, we pride ourselves on maintaining clean and sanitary restaurants. We are vigilantly following safety protocol and best practice recommendations from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other appropriate agencies. We will continue to implement the following health and safety procedures at both of our restaurants:

Sanitizing. Restaurants are sanitizing all surfaces that people touch with increased frequency. We have always maintained a standard to clean our menus with sanitizer. Now we are spraying all tables, all counter tops, chairs, all door handles and terminals with disinfectants.
Hand Washing. We are strictly enforcing our hand washing policy. Employees are to wash their hands every 30 minutes for at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water. We require our employees to wash their hands every time after using the restroom, after touching his/her face or hair, and before eating, preparing or handling food. We ensure all soap dispensers have hand soap and paper towels present at all times.
Gloves. Our staff will continue to wear plastic gloves when prepping food and change gloves at least every 15 minutes, or more frequently as needed.
Employees or customers exhibiting any signs of sickness will be prohibited from entering the premises.
We are closely monitoring information from public health officials and will continue to follow their prevention guidelines to help keep our restaurants clean and communities safe.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests and our staff.
